Lures skirted with Flashabou seem to find bites even when the boat is coming out of gear after a hookup. The lightweight characteristics of the skirt material find their own life on the drop as the boat slows down, and often draw a second bite if a school is under the boat.
An excellent shotgun lure for Blue Marlin fishing, and a great lure to run on the short rigger or short shotgun solo or behind a splash bird for tuna, this lure produces ferocious strikes.
